Palak Gosht (Spinach Meat )



Ingredients:


1Kg            Meat

1Kg            Spinach (boil and blended)

1 medium    Onion

1tsp            Ginger garlic paste

1/2cup         Yogurt

1/2 tsp         Turmeric powder

1 tsp            Red chili powder

1tsp             Fenugreek(dry)
To taste       Salt

1                Large cardamom

2                Small cardamom

1 cup          Cooking oil






Method:

Take a pan ,heat the oil and add onion cook it till light brown.

Then add ginger,garlic paste, meat ,turmeric powder, chilli powder,salt and yogurt and cook it well .

Add some water for tenderize meat .

When meat will be tender then add boiled and blended spinach ,and cook it till oil appear on top .

Now grind large and small cardamom and sprinkle powder of cardamom and dry fenugreek on it, cover it for few minutes .Delicious Palak gosht (spinach meat) is ready to eat .

Serve it with boil rice and salad and enjoy it .
