Ingredient:
Meat 1 kg (4 to 6 pieces)
Saffron 1 pinch
Rice 3 cups
Raisins 1/2 cup
Corrects 2 (grated )
Onion 2 (fine slices)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green Chillies 2
Cooking Oil 1 cup
Method:
Wash all pieces of meat and put it in a pan with ginger garlic paste ,saffron and 3 glasses of water, boil it in slow heat till tender meat ,when the meat will be tender take out soup of meat in Separate bowl,take another pan and
put 1 cup oil in the pan and add in meat pieces ,fry it till they change their golden brown color then take out that pieces ,and add in the same oil carrots ,raisins,slices onions ,green chillies and fry it slightly .Now add soup of meat and when boil came add soaked rice that we socked before half hour ,add salt and cook till rice absorb all water now put meat pieces on rice and cover rice at least 5 minutes on very slow heat .Serve it with salad and curd raita.
